It is somehow easy to be pregnant when a woman is healthy enough to bear a child of her own, however, during the first year of experiencing the premenopausal syndrome, the chances of becoming pregnant or being impregnated becomes lesser than the usual, and so to be able to bear a child in 40s, if so not becoming lucky enough, there are some artificial ways available to help a spouse become parents of their own. Such example is the artificial insemination.
