Introduction

This course introduces the concept of data sharing and visualization of GIS output

maps and features in the internet and other local network connections and provides actual, hands-on implementation of web mapping tools

Objectives

At the end of the course, the participants are expected to:


Be familiar with current technologies on web based mapping; Be able to set up a GIS web server and; Be able to create simple web pages
