RESPECTED CHIEF MINISTER AMMA, I WAS SUSPENDED ON 02.04.2013.I HAD ENCLOSED THE DETAILS AT http://sankar71.weebly.com. Two separate 17b charges were served to me and the reply for the same were sent to the Commissioner of Animal husbandry and veterinary services. Five sets of 14(fourteen pages)pages reply for 17b charge letter no.8339/L2/2013 dated 02.08.2013 was prepared handed over to superintendent of adah office cuddalore on 29.08.2013. The ADAH cuddalore had not sent the reply through proper channel to Secretary till date. I request amma that adah cuddalore had done intentional delay in crediting the subsistence allowance which was proved in http://idisa413.weeby.com. If the reply for second 17b charge was not sent in time from adah office, myself should not be held responsible for that. The adah cuddalore had intentionally created fraud records regarding my date of birth and date of retirement which he had done for four subsequent months from april 2013, may 2013, june 2013, july 2013 which was accepted by him after registering complaint., which was shown in http://fripsa.weebly.com. The adah cuddalore had paid part-payment of salary on 01.10.2013., which was shown on http://ppsalary.weebly.com. I request the honourable chief minister to take action and issue charge memo to Dr,G.S.Ganesan bvsc., adah cuddalore so that he will send my five sets of 14 page reply through proper channel to the secretariat. From April to july 2013, subsistence allowance were not credited in time the adah office cuddalore is showing intentional, pre-determined negative attitude, pre-determined destructive attitude,and undue delay in crediting the subsistence allowance which was proved in http://sankarsa.weebly.com. I request the honourable chief minister amma to order for revocation of suspension as already 153days had been completed since 02.04.2013. I request honourable chief minister AMMA to transfer Dr.G.S.Ganesan BVSc., adah,cuddalore. SALUTE TO C.M.FEET.

ANIMAL HUSBANDRY & FISHERIES - DIR,ANIMAL HUSBANDARY With ref. to the complaint of delay in forwarding 17(b) charges reply of the petitioner, it is informed that he was given only 5 xerox copies of his reply (in duplicate) without enclosing the original and hence, he was instructed to send original copy so as to take early action vide lr.No.155/A/12,Dt:4.9.13. But till date he has not given the same. In the sanction order for subsistence allowance with regard to change in date of birth was only a typographical error and was corrected.Now the petitioner will be getting his subsistence allowance by the end of 2nd week of every month. This act of complaining seems to be intentional and threatening of controlling office.O/o DAH & VS, Chennai-6.
