KUMAR MAHADEVA-Founder As the founder of Cognizant Technology Solutions in 1994, Wijeyaraj (Kumar) Maha deva is the driving force

behind one of the fastest-growing technology services companies in the world. Prior to establishing Cognizant, Kumar was Chairman of Dun & Brandstreet India a nd China, responsible for business development in the region. Kumar also worked at AT&T, where he was Director of Strategy and Corporate Development, and at McK insey and Company, where he was a consultant to CEOs of information technology c ompanies on issues related to corporate development, strategy, and operations. H e started his career in research and development at the British Broadcasting Cor poration in London. Kumar was born in Colombo, Sri Lanka and has lived and worked in Europe, Asia an d the US. He has a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from Cambridge Unive rsity, England, and an MBA from the Harvard Business School. FRANCISCO D'SOUZA-COO Francisco D'Souza has 15 years of experience in the information technology indus try, in both operational and advisory roles. At Cognizant, which he joined in it s early days, Francisco oversees much of the operations and business development of the company. He works closely with Cognizant clients who are using offshore resources to execute large software development and maintenance projects. Franci sco spent the previous four years of his career at various divisions of The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation, holding key positions in marketing, strategic planning , and new business development in Germany, the US and India. Francisco was born in west indies and has traveled widely in countries ranging f rom Panama to Hong Kong where he obtained his Bachelor's degree from the Univers ity of East Asia. He later received an MBA from Carnegie-Mellon University. LAKSHMI NARAYANAN-President & CEO Lakshmi Narayanan is CEO and President of Cognizant Technology Solutions (CTS). Lakhsmi Narayanan, CEO of Cognizant Technology SolutionsLakshmi has played a lea ding role in the global information technology industry for more than 25 years, managing divisions and business units in Europe, India and the United States. Si nce joining Cognizant in 1994, he has been instrumental in formulating the compa ny s strategy and building and managing the organization s development centers in In dia, where he is based. A member of Cognizant s Board of Directors, Lakshmi spends time traveling extensively in the U.S. and Europe to meet clients. Lakshmi began his career at Tata Consultancy Services, growing through the ranks from developer, to technologist, to program manager, to business leader. He was a regional head of Tata in India when he joined Cognizant as CTO. He holds a BS and MS in science and electronics from Bangalore University and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. Headquartered in Teaneck, New Jersey, Cognizant now has eight offshore software development centers in India-Chennai (4), Calcutta (3), and Pune (1). Cognizant also has sales and business development offices in Chicago, San Francisco, Dalla s, Toronto, London, and Frankfurt. Cognizant Technology Solutions NASDAQ: CTSH began its software services business in 1994 as the in-house technology development center for The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation (D&B) and its operating units. Financial Results After the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2005, the company Surpasses $1 Billi on Annualized Revenue Run Rate Annual revenue increased to $885.8 million, up 51% compared to 2004. Full year operating margin was 20.1%, compared to 20.0% for 2004. Cognizant has expressed "Thanks A Billion" to its associates by presenting apple video ipods in March-2006 month.
