Goodwill Announces New Vice President of Human Resources

BOSTON (September 25, 2013) Kimberly MacMillan, an accomplished human resources executive with more than 20 years experience, has joined Morgan Memorial Goodwill Industries as its vice president of human resources. MacMillan, who was previously the director of human resources at Courion Corporation of Westborough, has worked for both nonprofit and for-profit organizations. In addition to Courion, MacMillan has led human resources departments for software companies Charles River Development and deNovis. In the nonprofit sphere, MacMillan worked for many years at Suffolk University as well as the Robert F. Kennedy Action Corps for Children. As we look to grow our organization, Kim will play a key role in making sure we have the right staff with the right skills in place, said Joanne K.
