    All entries must be framed and pre-hung with wire 1/4 to 1/3 inch from top. Entry does not need framing if on
    gallery wrapped canvas. All entries must be 8 x 10 in size. Medium optional (oils, pencils, graphics.) and
    surface is optional, (canvas, paper,).

    Attach a card or label with your name, title of entry, medium used and date on the back of each entry.
    Turn in this completed entry form, your entry fee and art entry on
    Friday, November 1, 2013, 3pm 6pm or Saturday, November 2, 2013, 10 am 2 pm
    at the Frostproof Art League and Gallery, 12 East Wall Street, Frostproof Fl
