Man make a better teacher

Schools are one of the first places where kids behaviour and future educational success is shape. Teachers are carriers of either positive or negative behaviour toward students. The reason why the first years of school are so critical is because kids learn the base of their educational life. I believe that teachers must love their career in order for them to pass enthusiasm, to assists, and to provide a warm environment to the students.

First of all, generally men are better organized. They usually have a plan and try to stick to it. Its a miracle but men plans are complete more often than women` plans. Secondly, men usually are strict, so as teachers they try to make their pupils do their best. Finally, its widely known that it`s easier for men to stay calm and focused in stressful situations such as, for example, noisy talking in the classroom.

A lot of people, on the contrary, think that women are better teachers, because they are more sensitive, can be better listeners, who always hear their pupils when they have a problem. And we cant say they are wrong, even because it will be too discriminating. But nevertheless there are some disciplines in school and university, which probably are better taught by men, such as physics or mathematics. And of course we should notice that there is a list for women, which contain different languages, art or music.

In case a mother of any student is a good friend of the female teacher then her approach towards the kid will be special whereas such attitude could not be seen from a male teacher. It is also true that female teacher never goes beyond the text books to teach anything new whereas the male teacher bring new issues/concepts in to the minds of students.

To conclude, we should understand that we live in a tolerant society and in this way it becomes impossible to decide who are better at anything: men or women. But is it forbidden to come to an agreement and divide the areas of teaching? A lot of people think that this is the best solution to this problem.
