Terms & Conditions

1.

This terms & conditions are applicable only for the project of Basundhara Riverview Dokhina against 04(four) katha land.

2. After lottery we will get the specific land. 3. Half of the road area will be deducted from the land originally purchased. This will make the area of land is 3.37 katha. But the area of the plot may vary on final measurement while handing over physical possession. In case of variation in measurement of the plot, the entire project member shall pay equally for the increased amount of the land at present market price. In case of decrease in the measurement of land, the company shall refund the proportionate amount at the booking rate. 4. The connection cost of Gas, Electricity and water has to be borne entire project member equally. 5. Installment must be paid within 25th day of each month. Tk.50.00 will be charged for late payment i.e. after 25th day of each month. 6. Advance payment is acceptable but partial installment is not acceptable. 7. Failure of 3(Three) consecutive installments make the account cancelled without prior notice. 8. Discontinuing clause: i. Before paying 25 installments, the account holder (beneficiary) will get 80% of his/her deposited amount after end of the project. After paying 25 installments, the account holder (beneficiary) will get 100% (Full) of his/her deposited amount after end of the project.

9. Registration fees and all other additional charges imposed by Basundhara must be borne by the entire project member equally. 10. After completion of the registration and getting the land, the land will be sold. 11. Company i.e. White Pigeon Properties will decide when the land will be sold. 12. After selling the land, each account holder (beneficiary) will get 80 % of the net profit/loss + deposited amount. 13. Any changes made by Basundhara will be followed and same effective for each account holder. 14. Company i.e. White Pigeon Properties can take the authority to cancel or close the project any time by giving notice.
