Athletic Trainer 2012 Present
Responsibilities include creating safe and informative weekly practice plans for incoming skaters. Leading groups of 15 to 30 women, starting at age 18, in drills and other activities to help educate them in how to skate safely and acquire the proper skills used in the sport. Develope and guide new skaters, bi weekly, in off-skates training to help create a higher level of athleticism within the league. Create a friendly environment as an exceptional customer service representative. Responsible for ensuring that all safety procedures are met and precise. Occasional training of new employees on basic skills and every day departmental functions. Attends to quality control and inventory management of department.
Administrative Assistant 2006 2008 Responsible for correct filing of applications and all related paperwork. Timely mailings, copies, faxing and other assigned duties. Organized and developed informational brochures on the computer including program material and weekly newsletters for students. Kept strong communications and relationships with students and their guardians in regards to dates important to the program and any outstanding unpaid dues.
