Foot Meridians

The foot has three foot Yin (Taiyin spleen, Shaoyin kidney and J ueyin liver) meridians
and three foot Yang (Yangming stomach, Taiyang urinary bladder and Shaoy..ang
gallbladder) meridians passing through and including their origin and terminal points.
The five Shu (well, spring, stream, river and sea) acupoints are also located on the
foot. They are used to treat diseases of the head, face, sense organs, internal organs
and trunk, and to adjust the functions of the whole body.
