This impromptu is written in a song-like aria texture and looks like a

Simple Rondo form.

The 1st Principle theme is – a march-like melody and later has a flowing
arpeggios in the left hand.

The 1st Episode – is a song-like melody with repeated triplets in the bass and
sometimes in the upper part.
It starts to climax at the end with accenting the 1st quaver in the
triplets.

The 2nd Principle theme – returns in G major in running semiquavers and

reaches to the highest climax in a storm-like manner.

The 2nd Episode – Comes back in C major in a tranquil mood after the fiery storm
from the 2nd principle theme. The piece’s tension is now in
tranquility

The 3rd Principle theme – returns in C minor and later ends in C major.
It is much more tranquil now and mostly in p, pp, ppp
