CONTRACT SERVICES KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: This agreement is made and entered into by and between:

___________ widow, legal age, Filipino and resident of ______________________, to be hereinafter referred to as FIRST PARTY. __________________ of legal age, single, Filipino and a resident of________________ , to be hereinafter referred to as SECOND PARTY.

WITNESSETH: That the FIRST PARTY owns ____________ _______________--parcel of Agricultural Land located

That the FIRST PARTY is desirous to offer his/her properties for ____________________That the SECOND PARTY is engaged in the facilitation on the ________ and after his/her services and financial resources to have the above mentioned property processed for Voluntary Offer to Sell and be paid by the Land Bank of the Philippines at soonest possible time at fair market value. That is mutually agreed: 1. That the FIRST PARTY promise to pay the SECOND PARTY (25%) of gross proceeds of the VOS transactions. 2. That the FIRST PARTY agrees to whatever scheme of payment of the Land Bank of the Philippines will have on this VOS and promise not to employ anyone to process and make follow-up on the VOS transactions. 3. That the FIRST PARTY with the assistance of the SECOND PARTY will negotiate in the selling of LBP bonds at fair market value. 4. That the SECOND PARTY hereby promises to do perform the following acts and deeds. a. To conduct research, documents, process, file and represents the FIRST PATY in the lobbying for the increase of valuation as well as the respective facilitation payments at the respective officers of the government such as DAR, BIR, Land Tax Division, Treasurers Offices, LBP, DARAB, Special Agrarian Court, and other entities. b. To spend for everything from start to finish of the said transaction except the payment of land taxes, encumbrances and titles, and duties with the government. 5. In case for whatever reason the FIRST PARTY refuse or will refuse to accept the valuation of the above mentioned property offered or withdraw from the said transactions, the FIRST PARTY obligates itself to pay the SECOND PARTY 25% of total amount of valuation of compensation payable by the LBP in cash including all the expenses the SECOND PARTY might incurred in connection with this agreement exclusive of Attorneys Fees. That the parties have entered this agreement for their mutual benefit and conveniences.
