Conducted a site visit report on Falling Creeks evaluation process and practices. This report was then compared and contrasted through extensive research on best practice methodology. The report was concluded with a series of recommendations based on the research. Supported the Adventure Director in managing all adventure staff and activities whilst providing feedback and evaluations on staff. Lead and shadowed staff on adventure trips to ensure best practice and provide feedback.

Created a proposal to the student Greenfee that was approved for $2000 in providing the climbing wall with sustainable and eco-friendly climbing holds and crash pads.
