I am requesting funding for the At -Risk Youth and Child Abuse Prevention Program in fiscal year 20 I O.
The entity to receive funding for this project is Ohel Children's Home and Family Services, located at
4510 16 th Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11204. The funding would be used to provide school-based mobile
intervention teams to schools in order to offer crisis intervention and trauma & grief counseling. I certify
that I do not have any financial interest in this project.
