    I am requesting funding for the California Seafloor Mapping Program in fiscal year 2010.
    The entity to receive funding for this project is the California State Coastal Conservancy,
    located at 1330 Broadway, 13 th Floor, Oakland, CA 94612. The funding would be used to
    map all of California's state waters in order to improve ocean management. I certify that
    neither I nor my spouse has any financial interest in this project.
