    I am requesting funding for Hawaiian Monk Seal Recovery Plan Implementation in the
    fiscal year 20 I 0 Commerce, Justice, Science appropriations bill. The entity to receive
    funding for this project is National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, National
    Marine Fisheries Service, Office of Protected Resources, 1305 East-West Highway,
    Silver Spring, MD 20910. The requested funding would be used to implement the
    Hawaiian Monk Seal Recovery Plan. I certif'y that neither I nor my spouse has any
    financial interest in the project.
