    fi scal year 2010. The entity to receive fu nding for thi s project is Pierce COWlty Alliance,
    located at 510 Tacoma Avenue South, Tacoma, WA 98402.

    The funding wou ld be used to support law enforce ment, prosecutiol1 and
    treatment related to the growth of methamphetam ine use in Washington and for the
    coordinat ion and pl anning of these activities.
