    I am requesting funding for the 180 Turning Lives Around Domestic Violence Project in fiscal
    year 2010.

    The entity to receive funding for this project is:


    180 Turning Lives Around
    1 Bethany Road
    Hazlet, NJ 07730

    The funding would be used for the expansion of access to services that prevent violence among
    youth and teens, and to treat children and teens that have experienced domestic violence and
    sexual assault or rape.

    I certify that neither I nor my spouse has any financial interest in this project.
