    Dear Chairman Obey and Jerry Lewis,

    I am requesting funding for the Police Communications Upgrade in Fiscal Year 2010. The entity
    to receive funding for this project is the City of Monterey Park located at 320 West Newmark
    Avenue, Monterey Park, CA 91754. Funding will be used to purchase new radios for police
    vehicles and portable radios. I certify that neither I nor my spouse has any financial interest in this
    project.
