Dear Chairman Obey and Ranking Member Lewis:

I am requesting funding for Gang Identification and Enforcement Unit in fiscal year
2010. The entity to receive funding for this project is Harris County Constable Precinct
Six located at 333 Lockwood, Houston, TX 77011. The funding would be used to hire
deputies and give them the tools and training to decrease crime, and to provide a uniform
mall11er of gang identification, gang prevention and gang crime enforcement within the
Harris County Precinct 6. I certify that I do not have a financial interest in this project.
