I am requesting funding for the Jericho Reentry Program in Fiscal Year 2010, The entity
to receive funding for this project is the Episcopal Community Services of Maryland,
located 1014 West 36th Street, Baltimore, MD 21211. The funding would expand the
reentry program to include the areas of education, job training, and partnerships to create
family supportable wages for adult, male ex-offenders,
