    Dear Chairman Obey:

    I am requesting funding for a Law Enforcement Tactical Safety Vehicle in the Fiscal Year 2010
    Commerce, Justice, Science. and Related Agencies Appropriations bill. The entity to receive
    funding for this project is the Summit County Sheriff. located at 53 University Avenue, Akron,
    Ohio 44308-1679. The funding would be used for a S.W.A.T. ! C.B.R.N.E. (Chemical,
    Biological, Radiological, Nuclear Explosive) vehicle. I certify that neither 1 nor my spouse has
    any financial interest in the project.
