Dear Chairman Obey and Chairman Mollohan:

I am requesting funding for an after-school jobs program for at-risk youth in fiscal year 2010.

The entity to receive funding for this project is the City of Rochester, located at City Hall, 30
Church Street, Room 205A, Rochester, NY 14614. The funding would provide after-school job
training and employment counseling for Rochester high school students.
