    I am requesting funding for a law enforcement project in Fiscal Year 2010 Commerce-
    Justice-Science Appropriations bill. The entity to receive funding for this project is the
    Louisville Metropolitan Police Department, located at 633 West Jefferson Street,
    Louisville, KY 40202. The funding would be used to replace outdated mobile data
    computers. I certify that neither I nor my spouse has any financial interest in the project.
