    Dear Chairman Obey and Ranking Member Lewis:

    I am requesting funding for Union City Law Enforcement Technology in Union City,
    New Jersey in fiscal year 2010. The entity to receive funding for this project is the City
    of Union City, 3715 Palisade Avenue, Union City, NJ 07087. The funding would be
    used to purchase and install fifty video surveillance cameras along Bergenline and
    Summit Avenues to combat a concentration and increase in homicides, armed robberies,
    assaults and other crimes. I certify that neither I nor my spouse has any financial interest
    in this project.
