    Dear Chairman Obey and Jerry Lewis,

    I am requesting funding for the Youth Development and Government Program in Fiscal Year
    2010. The entity to receive funding for this project is the YMCA of Burbank located at 321 East
    Magnolia Boulevard Burbank, CA 91502-1132. Funding will focus on encouraging at-risk and
    low-income youth to become involved and interested in government and provide them with
    outside school activities that are educational and provide positive extracurricular activity. I
    certify that neither I nor my spouse has any financial interest in this project.
