    Dear Chainnan Obey and Ranking Member Lewis:

    I am requesting funding for the Strengthening Family and Substance Abuse


    Services for Underserved Youth in Los Angeles Country in fiscal year 201 O. The entity
    to receive funding is the Phoenix House, located at 11652 Eldridge Ave., Lake View
    Terrace, CA 91342. The funding would be used to expand Phoenix House's substance
    abuse recovery management services, which include outpatient, mental health, family,
    and vocational services. I certify that neither I nor my spouse has any financial interest in
    this project.
