    I am requesting funding for Save Our Future / Mothers On The March After-School
    Program. The entity to receive funding for this project is Save Our Future, Inc., located
    at 4103 West Adams Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90018. The funding would be used
    for in-depth assessment, counseling, case management, support services, remedial
    education, career specific education, personal development workshops and curricula,
    cognitive behavioral/functional family therapy, employment readiness, specialized job
    preparation training modules, apprenticeship preparation, apprenticeship, tracking and
    reporting, and follow-up activities for at-risk youth. I certify that I have no financial
    interest in this proj ect.
