Dear Chairman Obey:

I am requesting funding for the Civic Center Complex Security Improvements project in
the FY2010 Commerce, Justice, Science Appropriations Act. The entity to receive
funding for this project is the Vanderburgh County Commissioners located at Civic
Center Complex Room 305, I NW Maliin Luther King Blvd., Evansville, IN 47708. The
funding would be used for purchasing and installing security equipment at the county's
Civic Center Complex, which houses the county's judicial and administrative facilities. I
certify that neither I nor my spouse has any financial interest in this project.
