    Dear Chairman Obey and Ranking Member Lewis:

    I am requesting funding for Ohel At-Risk Youth and Child Abuse Prevention Program in fiscal
    year 2010.

    The entity to receive funding for this project is:


    Ohel Children's Home & Family Services
    696 Palisade Avenue
    Teaneck, NJ 07666

    The funding would be used for a program, which benefits at-risk children - those who are the
    victims of abuse or who are confronted with challenging circumstances in their lives and
    provides rehabilitation so that these experiences do not lead to ongoing, destructive
    behavior. Furthermore, the program benefits the general public by putting these youth back
    on a successful track thus saving significant federal expenditures by keeping them out of the
    juvenile justice system.

    I certify that neither I nor my spouse has any financial interest in this project.
