    I am requesting funding for the Monroe County Regional Crime Laboratory in fiscal year 2010.

    The entity to receive funding for this project is:

    Rochester, NY 14614

    The funding would be used for increasing the capabilities of the drug analysis sections of the
    laboratory by providing evidence examination rooms, new equipment for expanded scientific
    technology and laboratory space to address inefficiencies and safety issues.

    I certify that neither I nor my spouse has any financial interest in this project.
