    I am requesting funding for a police digital fingerprint processor in the fiscal year
    2010. The entity to receive funding for this project is the Village of Pelham Manor,
    located at 4 Penfield Place, Pelham Manor, NY 10803. The funding would be used to
    enable police officers to complete investigations more efficiently. I certify that neither I
    nor my spouse has any financial interest in this project.
