    I am requesting funding for City of Montgomery and Montgomery County Interoperable


    Upgrades in the FY 20 10 Commerce, Justice, Science, and Related Agencies
    Appropriations Act. The entity to recei ve funding for this project is the C ity of
    Montgomery, located at PO Box 1111, Montgomery. AL 36 101. The funding will be
    used to implement an in-car digital video and server solution for City of Montgomery
    police vehicles and Montgomery County sheriff vehicles. I certify that neither I nor my
    spouse has any financial interest in this project.
