Dear Chairman Mollohan:

I am requesting funding for the Protecting the Health and Building a Prosperous Future for At-Risk Youth
in New York City Project in fiscal year 2010. The entity to receive funding for this project is Gay Men's
Health Crisis, located at 119 West 24th Street, New York, NY 100 II. The funding would be used to
launch an HIV prevention campaign for at-risk youth by providing services including HIV testing,
substance abuse and mental health counseling, meals and nutritional advice, legal services and GED
training. I certify that I do not have any financial interest in this project.
