    Dear Chairman Mollohan and Ranking Member Wolf:

    I am requesting funding for the Rockville Police Technology Upgrade project in the fiscal
    year 2010 bill. The entity to receive funding for this project is the City of Rockville, 111 Maryland
    Avenue, Rockville, MD 20850. Rockville will be moving its police headquarters into a new,
    larger facility to accommodate their police force as it expands to meet Rockville's increasing
    population. Upgrading their police technology is a key component of this project. This funding
    will be used to purchase and install new communications equipment and pOlice technology for
    the Rockville Police Department - including mobile data terminal, mounts, hardware, Bluetooth
    radiotechnology,/icense recognition system, e-citation hardware and system and an automated
    finger print machine. I certify that neither I nor my spouse has any financial interest in this
    project.
