    Dear Chairman Obey,

    I am requesting funding for a Law Enforcement Visual Intelligence Tool. The entity to receive
    funding for this project is Henderson County Sheriff's Department, located at 201 North Main
    Street Hendersonville, NC 28792. The funding would be used for enhancing public safety, officer
    safety, and putting sophisticated geospatial intelligence information into the hands of those
    responding to fire, crisis, 911 calls, and more. I certify that neither I nor my spouse has any financial
    interest in this project.
