    Dear Chairman Obey and Ranking Member Lewis:

    I am requesting funding for the Delaware River Basin Commission Enhanced Flood Warning
    System in fiscal year 2010.

    The entity to receive funding for this project is:


    Delaware River Basin Commission
    25 State Police Drive
    PO Box 7360
    West Trenton, NJ 08628

    The funding would be used for enhancements to the basin's flood warning system, which would
    meet a critical flash flood warning need for New Jersey communities located in the Delaware
    River flood plain.

    I certify that neither I nor my spouse has any financial interest in this project.
