    I am requesting funding for the Rape Kit Backlog Elimination Program in Fiscal Year 2010. The
    entity to receive funding for this project is the Los Angeles Police Department located at 150 N.
    Los Angeles St., Los Angeles, CA 90012. Funding would be used for data review that will help
    eliminate the rape kit backlog in Los Angeles County. I certify that neither I nor my spouse has
    any financial interest in this project.
