Initiative in fiscal year 2010. The entity to receive funding for this project is Monmouth
University located at 400 Cedar Avenue, West Long Branch, NJ 07764. The funding
would be used to support coastal programs that will enhance local, state and regional
efforts to address the increasing threats to coastal ecosystems.
