    Americorps, located at 2001 Uni on Road, West Seneca, NY 14224. The funding wou ld
    be used for a community initiative regarding environmental stewardship; empowering at-
    risk youth to understand the importance of the environment. I certi fy that neither I nor
    my spouse has any financial interest in this project.
