Dear Chair Obey and Ranking Member Lewis:

I am requesting funding for the Rockland County Public Safety Interoperable

Communications Network in fiscal year 2010. The entity to receive funding for this
project is the Rockland County Office of Fire & Emergency Services, located at 35
Fireman's Memorial Drive, Pomona, NY 10970. The funding would be used for
implementing a communications system to connect Police, Fire, and EMS services. I
certify that neither I nor my spouse has any personal financial interest in this project.
