    I am requesting funding for the Champions of Change: Youth Soccer Gang


    Prevention Initiative in fiscal year 2010.

    The funding would be used for a pilot program in the 34th Congressional
    district that uses soccer as a tool for keeping at risk children and teens
    from joining gangs.
