    (NCOMS) Medical and Mental Health Sharing So ftware Development in Fiscal Year 2010.
    The entity to receive funding for tlus project is llie Idaho D epartment of Correctio n, located
    at 1299 Nortb Orchard, Suite 110, Boise, Idaho 83706. The funding would be used to
    create, mo dularize and inlplement ti,e Medical/ Mental Heallli module for ti,e NCOMS
    Offender Management System. I certify tI,ar tlus project does not have a direct and
    foreseeable effect on the pecuniary interests of me or my spouse.

    Consistent Witll ti,e Republican Leadership's policy on earmarks, r hereby certify tllat to tbe
    hest of my knowledge iliis request (1) is not directed to an entity or program tllat will be
    named afrer a sitting Member of Congress; (2) is not intended to be used by an entity to
    secure funds for otber entities wuess the use o f funding is consistent willi ti,e specified
