    Dear Chairman Obey and Ranking Member Lewis:

    I am requesting funding for the Arizona Meth Project in Fiscal Year 2010. The entity to receive
    funding for this project is the Arizona Meth Project, located at 301 West Jefferson Street, Suite
    3200, Phoenix, AZ 85003. The funding would be used for a large-scale, statewide prevention
    and public awareness program designed to reduce the prevalence of methamphetamine abuse in
    Arizona.

    I certify that neither I nor my spouse has any financial interest in this project.
