Fall Call Conference 2013

WHO:
CKI members from North and South Carolina who want to meet others, do service, and learn about CKI!

WHAT:
A weekend full of fun, service, learning, and playing games with your fellow Circle K members. Friday and Saturday will be spent making as many friends as possible, volunteering, and learning as much Circle K knowledge as possible. Sunday will be spent with other members of our Carolina District Kiwanis Family at the Key Club Fall Rally hosted at the wonderful Carowinds Amusement Park.

WHEN:
October 4th-6th, 2013. Arrive before 7pm on Friday with dinner having been eaten.

WHERE:
Friday & Saturday: Carowinds Campgrounds, 14523 Carowinds Blvd, Charlotte, North Carolina 28273 Sunday: Carowinds Amusement Park

WHY:
This will be an excellent retreat for both new and old members of Circle K because we will be jam packing as much Circle K goodness as we possibly can into a fun exciting weekend. Members will get to learn what makes Circle K as great as it is, meet others from the district, and enjoy a day at the amusement park as a close to the weekend.

COST:
(Option A) $90 for Friday-Sunday with day at Carowinds. (Option B) $51.50 for Friday-Sunday (Option C) $38.50 for Carowinds only Optional Add-Ons: $6.50 -- Unlimited drinks in Carowinds for day. $11.50 -- All-you-can-eat lunch. Registration fee includes activities, materials, two meals on Saturday, breakfast on Sunday, and camp accommodations in cabin-style.

PACKING:
Bath towel, toiletries, flashlight, bedding (twin-size bunks but may use sleeping bags), bug spray, sunscreen, closed toe shoes, and appropriate clothing for outdoor activities. Feel free to bring board games, cards, footballs, Frisbees, other sports equipment, water, and snacks.
