KUP GRADING
Be sure that you have 20 lessons before the next Kup Grading! Itll be taking place on the 5th of October between 9am12pm and dont miss the pregrade, thatll be happening on the 3rd of October.

Keep motivated, keep focused, and keep making us exceptionally proud with these fantastic achievements. Well done!

Saturday Sports Fighting Club: the key to success. Those who attend see a substantial improvement in their personal results. Its true that practice and hard work always pays off, so get yourselves down! We also have some other clubs coming to us too, so come along and practice your patterns!

These sessions are also exceptionally worth-while! So to squeeze in some more precious practice and improve ever further, keep an ear out. The next Squad Training is currently in progress of being arranged.

GB JUNIOR TEAM
DAN PROMOTION
The Dan promotions will be hosted on the 9th and 10th of November 2013. If there are any willing volunteers out there please discuss with Mrs. T & Ellen (Tomss Mum). A huge well done to Nishaan for being selected for the GB Junior Team. Another big well done to Mason from Kang Han Hucknall and Lauren. Congrats all!
