    The Halifax County Board of Elections scheduled their 2013 board meeting dates from January to December. Regular meetings were scheduled for the first Tuesday of each month at 10am in the Board of Elections Office at 10 North King St. in Halifax. Special absentee board meetings were scheduled for October 22nd and 29th. Election Day and canvass meetings were scheduled for November 5th and 12th. Meetings could be rescheduled and notices would be placed in the paper for any cancellations.
