Sir: We write in behalf of our client, MR. JOHN CHRISTAIN M. MONTES, to urgently request for an EXTENSION OF THE ALLOW DEPARTURE ORDER issued by the Honorable Office on 24 September 2013 in connection with his 5-day business trip to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, based on the following premises: 1. The Honorable Office issued an ORDER allowing the departure of MR. JOHN CHRISTIAN M. MONTES, a copy of the ORDER is herein attached as ANNEX 1. 2. That due to circumstances outside the control of MR. JOHN CHRISTIAN M. MONTES, his business was postponed by two days. 3. That MR. JOHN CHRISTIAN M. MONTES, needs an additional two (2) days to complete his business travel, or until 02 October 2013. In view thereof, we hereby urgent request that our client be issued an EXTENSION OF HIS ALLOW DEPARTURE ORDER, dated 24 September 2013, for his trip to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on 28 September 2013 02 October2013.
