DIFINISI ENDOMETRIOSIS

Endometriosis is defined as the presence of endometrial tissue (glands and stroma) outside the uterus.

AETIOLOGY
Retrograde Menstruation (menstruation moving backwards) according to this theory, endometriosis occurs because the endometrial cells which is released during the menstrual flow back through the tube into the pelvic cavity.
