Dear Sir/Madam : This letter is to inform you that the previously issued Certificate of Occupancy, which was issued by the Roselle Park Construction Office, is being administratively revocated immediately. As you were advised on multiple occasions, it has come to my attention that you are not using the building located at 293 West Clay Avenue, Roselle Park, New Jersey 07204, in a correct and proper manner (a non-permitted use). You were previously advised by me after I did a spot inspection of the premises, that I believed that you were operating a gym out of the building and not a counseling center. I further gave you the opportunity to supplement your applications with any additional papers to establish the use of the property. No documents were provided. Therefore, to my powers under section N.J.A.C. 5:23-2.24 and N.J.A.C . 5:23-2.31 of the Administrative Code, I hereby administratively revoke your previously issued Certificate of Occupancy, effective immediately. Specifically, I have determined that you made a false or misleading written statement in your waiver application and you are using the building as a gym, which is a non-permitted use in that zone. Therefore, you are hereby Ordered to cease and desist all act1v1tles at the aforementioned property until a Certificate of Occupancy is issued. You have the ability to challenge my decision or bring an application to the Roselle Park Municipal Land Use Board.
